PJ’s Pancake House has been the spot for locals to grab a bite to eat in Princeton since 1962. Today, we have three locations, including Princeton, West Windsor, and Kingston with two more slated to open this year.
PJ’s, which was founded features a delicious spread of breakfast and tavern-style dishes. Our omelets are served with our famous Mashed Brown Potatoes and feature a variety of add ins—like our Classic Omelet of mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, spinach and feta or our Smoked Salmon Omelet with lox, onions, capers, avocado and cream cheese. Our renowned pancakes come in full and half stacks and feature classics like Multi-Grain, Potato and Blueberry or something more adventurous like Oreo, Smore, Tiramisu and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. A sampler is available for those who just can’t decide. Other PJ staples are our Bacon and Egg Stuffed Avocado and our Veggie Benny, a grilled Portobello mushroom cap and a poached egg topped with sautéed spinach, roasted red pepper, hollandaise sauce.
For lunch and dinner we’ve added to our menu and now offer appetizers, burgers, gourmet salads, sandwiches and wraps, artisan paninis, and more than a dozen classic tavern style entrees. Guests go crazy for our milkshakes, ice cream sodas and ice cream floats. Our restaurants also offer daily specials on our handwritten chalkboard, as well as outside bistro-style dining.
We’ve been featured in publications, touting our pancakes and delicious food, including The Huffington Post, Philly Voice, Philadelphia Magazine, Philadelphia Daily News, Princeton Scoop, Princeton Online and many more. Stop in, pull up a chair and enjoy a New Jersey institution.
