We offer our guests adventure and fun in bbq fusion dishes and always try and add a new twist on smoked meat and why we named ourselves More Than Q! The beauty of smoked meat is in the meat itself. As its cooked slowly over low heat, the wood smoke is what gives bbq its savory and mouth watering flavor and why we believe there is no reason to ruin this kind of perfection by drowning it in sauce. However, we love to “feature” our homemade sauces which we want to highlight the meats flavor rather than overwhelm it so be sure to try our own Carolina, Kansas City Sweet Belly, South Carolina Mustard and Alabama white bottled in house.
